So I wanted to share my experience with you regarding my latest workout because I Love Crossfit. Because of what I am doing now in Crossfit, I yell “I Love Crossfit!!!” I have been playing sports since I was 9 years old and I even started before that as part of a cultural dance team. But that was back in the early 80’s. OK so is have been working out for a long time and I have never really loved it. I was doing it to look good and some to perform better. The routines I learned from my coaches in basketball, football, and track were worthless. I really did not feel like I was getting any stronger during my high school and college years. The only time I felt I was getting stronger was when I did gymnastics in 10th, 11th and 12th grades at my highschool. I did lots of pullups, pushups and hand stands and I was working a majority of the time with my own body weight. I was getting stronger braver and sexier to be honest with you. And that is what I am feeling now but on a greater scale and that is why, “I Love Crossfit!!”
I Love Crossfit Because It Pushes Me
Now to today’s lesson, I have successfully achieved my Level 1 certification in Crossfit and am currently coaching the WHIPCON classes at my gym at a box Crossfit Los Angeles at Crossfit Mean Streets. But tonight no one showed so I joined the 6pm Crossfit class and the WOD (workout Of the Day) was a 20 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), 3 muscle ups, 6 knees to elbow (strict hanging from the bar), 9 kettle bell swings(70 lbs). At this point in my Crossfit career it has taken me 7 months to get my first muscle up and it takes a lot of effort to just get one. See the beautiful video below…it motivates me.
I was attempting some tonight before the work out began and couldn’t do one. But the problem was that I committed to the Rx (Rx=As prescribed) Workout but at the last minute changed to the rope climb instead of the 3 muscle ups. Happy to say I did 7 rounds. Well after the workout our coach Ronnie Teasdale, who is one of the best Crossfitters in the world, came to another student and I after the class and told us, “you don’t ever quit or change up the workout in the middle once you have started!” And he especially got on me because I am a coach and you don’t let your students see you quit or change up the workout once you start it or students feel they can do the same. Now this is why I Love Crossfit!!
I Love Crossfit Because It Makes You A Better Person
Sitting there after the class a shameful feeling came over me, I sat there in disgust with myself because I pussed out and didn’t even attempt to do the muscle ups during the workout. As Ronnie explained when the whole class is going you get more energy and feed off the class as you do from working on something by yourself. The anger was increasing and I couldn’t and didn’t feel like talking to anybody. I walked around the box (what you call a Crossfit gym) and I tried to socialize with the other students who were left over from the 6pm class. I could not get a word out I didn’t care to talk to anybody and felt blah. By this time the 7pm class was warming up to do the same workout. Now remember I Love Crossfit but at this point it made me feel like a quitter.
The 7pm class had finished there warm ups and they were making their way over to begin the WOD. For some reason I could not leave the gym and they were done with the explanation of the WOD and about to begin. There was another student who was struggling on muscle ups, I have to mention that this guys is new to Crossfit and is buff and strong as heck but is still learning so I am more advanced in a lot of stuff then him but he was able to bust out muscle up tonight on his first try. So I chalked up my hands and jumped in the class and gave him a dat (you bumping fist) and said, “lets do this!”
I Love Crossfit Because It Elevates Me
So I was working hard at the WOD and having a difficult time with the WOD because my hands were soar from the first workout, my back was fatigued from the rope climb, with no legs, and 70lb kb swings. So at the end of the 20 AMRAP WOD I had completed one full round. I felt great went to Ronnie and explained I feel better about doing 1 round the Rx way rather than 7 rounds non Rx. I Love Crossfit because at that point I could walk around the box knowing I gave it my all, with soar hands, tired back and abs, but I gave it my all and I walked out of the box saying, “Fuck Yeah, I DID that Shit!” You know what while I’m typing this my hands still hurt but I don’t care because I can fight through and finish this post. Like I said, to my buddy in class who I worked out with, “since you are going for it I feel motivated to do the same.” He replied, “you have been motivating me since I have started coming here.” What I take away from Crossfit is no joke and is making me a better tougher person every day and THAT IS WHY I LOVE CROSSFIT.

My Bring the Fresh Mike Long experience was awesome. I wanted to update you and let you know that I was having some trouble converting traffic into sales although I was ranking of google, bing and yahoo’s 1st pages and getting traffic.
So here is what I did, I emailed Mike Long was not really expecting him to get back to me because what does he have to give to me. I have never made over $15 online and Mike has made millions online. So to say the least when I received and email back from him in less then 24 hours I was shocked. He actually came through on his word which was he wants his members to have success online. He is pushing for that because the more successful his students are it in turn brings more success for him. The old adage what ever you give out you get it back ten fold.
So in his return email he told me exactly what I needed to do in order to help my sales improve and what I need to do to gain more traffic. I is so funny and frustrating when you the simple things are what you moved away from and need to get back to. Since my traffic for the two sites I have focused most of my attention on have had the the traffic increase by 750% and 1,400% respectively I want more traffic. So his direction is go through and do what you did and now that you know how to do it go after more competitive keywords.
I let him know that I have my google analytics in place and was willing to take more action. He re-affirmed that congratulated me for ranking on googles first page and let me know to keep at it. Like I said before it is the simple things that experience reminds you of doing when your new at something may slip your mind. He pointed out a video I had not even watched yet in the full disclosure section called conversion annihilation. I was practically blown away after watching this for the first time. The fact that Mike can stand there and rattle off information about internet marketing from the top of his head just makes clear the fact that he has definitely forgotten stuff I have not even thought of yet.
Well as I left off with the last email I let him know I would watch the video again implement what he is saying in them and give him an update soon. Oh and I also followed that email up with a quick email of what my goal is to make a month in order to be able to quit my job. You know what I need to make in a month is probably what he makes in a day online. I figure if he can make it in a day I can do it in a month. If other BTFer’s are making $20,000, $10,000 & $5,000 in a month I can reach my goal too which is much less then what others are pulling down.
To wrap it up my take on internet marketing is I need to really offer something of value that saves my readers time and gives them the real deal on what they are curious about or may have stumbled upon. I have been dooped out there online but I have not quit and have found the best thing since sliced bread and I personally recommend you test out or begin Bring the Fresh. Its the real deal!

OK so back to Bring the Fresh’s Launch Jacking technique and what the video covered. Well I am back here took a little bit learning getting all my information together. Anyways this is cool Bring the Fresh Rocks!! is all I can say! Since my last post on 11-23-10. My key words have jumped way up in the rankings and I feel really good about what is happening here.
All that is needed as with every business is taking the chance and going for it. Well you also have to know your market but that is very easy to figure out. I’ll share more about that in another post because I want to share how exciting this is to be ranking #1 for one key word term, #2 & 3 for another, #5 for another keyword.
